About the project

This project has maximized floor space through the intelligent use of angular design concepts. Small and large windows are designed to maintain a cool interior while enabling maximum light to flow through the structure. Aesthetically appealing, creatively patterned window overlays provide additional central points of focus. Combinations of natural elements such as wood, brick and muted colors serve to enhance the attractiveness of this architectural and interior design project with its large 16121 sq. m area situated at Ibn Seena Street.
